The room was bright, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean. AC worked properly. Inside the room was quiet, despite there is a highway next to the hotel.

The free breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. It wasn’t your typical continental breakfast. It had eggs, sausage, bacon. It had delicious cinnamon rolls and the coffee was also very good and available all day.The location was great for our needs as it was midway between Lake George and Saratoga Springs.

The location was perfect for activities in Lake George. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Loved the hot tub, pool and gym. Breakfast was decent, and staff made sure food was stocked. Staff was pleasant, friendly and accommodating.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating-There was a large group of us there to celebrate 2 birthdays, and we asked to use the common area for cake and presents. They instead allowed us to use a private room that had plenty of tables and chairs for everyone, as well as a TV. When we were finished, we asked the woman at the front desk what we should do with our garbage, and if they had something we could wipe tables with...she told us not to worry about it and she would take care of everything-It really seemed like they went above and beyond for us. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked-we got there shortly before it was due to close and there was still plenty of food left. This is one of the best stays I've had at a hotel!

The breakfast was good; there were many options. I liked the fact that coffee and tea were always available. I would have liked to have the option to make my own waffle and have bacon as an option but again it was a decent breakfast. The room was lovely with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows and bedding. The outside hottub was just the right temperature and it was lovely that it was located outside off the pillow. We didn't swim in the pool but others were and were having a wonderful time. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this hotel and its convenient location right off the highway. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent hotel overall. Staff were amazing, especially Christie (apologies for wrong spelling!) who did an amazing job running and organizing breakfast. Great pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, especially the care and attention toward avoiding meat contamination. Bravo.
